Awesome compact pizza maker, fantastic company to work with. The first one came damaged, but they quickly sent a replacement without any hassle. It takes a bit of trial and error to nail the perfect pizza. I've kinda gotten used to those burnt and doughy ones!

I was kept informed about the oven's arrival, and it was packed really well. It showed up right on time. Can’t recall the exact date it got here, but it was definitely in December for a holiday gift.

I’m really pleased with my order; I got this for my girlfriend’s birthday. It arrived just two days after I placed the order with DPD. The packaging was excellent and everything was well taken care of. When I opened it, there was a lovely note from the team, and it all felt so polished and professional. The bags for the equipment are personalized, and the oven seems to be of high quality, plus there are plenty of extra bits and pieces. John on the live chat was super helpful, really knows his stuff, and was eager to assist. I requested if a note could be included in the box since it was a gift (this was just a few hours after I ordered), and John went above and beyond to make it happen. Still waiting on my oven. I ordered it with a dispatch date set for the 14th of November, but now it’s the 25th. The company has reached out and provided a new dispatch date for next week. This is a gift since I already own a Woody and absolutely love it. We’ve had countless fun pizza nights over the summer with friends and family. Plus, it feels good to back a small British business.

I followed the instructions and pre-ordered, which came with 2 boxes of pellets. They said shipping would start after November 14th. However, I got the oven on November 4th, but the wood pellets were missing. I reached out for an update, and since there’s still stock, my Woody Pizza oven shipped early, with the pellets coming later. I chose the gas adapter for ease and flexibility, so I could set up the oven and test the ceramic tile. It was a breeze! I can’t wait to try the wood-fired option on a chilly November day and show off my pizza-making skills. The oven showed up the very next day, and it was a breeze to get going (just check out the video online). The pizzas we've cooked in this oven are mouthwatering, super authentic, and honestly the finest pizza we've ever had.

The experience of acquiring my new Woody pizza oven was super straightforward. Ordering online was a breeze, and it arrived quickly. It was packed really well, and my initial take is that the quality is top-notch. Assembly was a cinch, took just a few minutes, and it looks pretty awesome. I haven't had the opportunity to heat it up yet to cure the pizza stone as suggested, but that's on my to-do list soon. All in all, I'm quite happy with the product's quality and the service I received.

I ordered a new pizza stone at the start of September. Three weeks passed, and still no sign of it. I reached out and was informed that it should arrive within a week, and they’d throw in some pellets and kindling. Two weeks later, I followed up and got no response. Finally, the pizza stone shows up today, but without the extras, and it’s been six weeks since I placed the order. That’s four weeks too late for the pizza night we were planning!

I got the woodyoven for my husband's birthday in November, so we haven't had a chance to use it yet. The delivery was quick, and everything was packed nicely. I'm really looking forward to him trying it out. It's always a pleasure to back a British company.

Delivery was super quick (showed up the next day). Setting it up was a breeze, just stick to the online guide. I seasoned the pizza stone as instructed and let it sit overnight. Whipped up some pizza dough and was all set by the next day. It reached the right heat in roughly 20 minutes using just kindling. Pizzas cooked in less than 2 minutes.

This oven is fantastic, and I got it from some super enthusiastic folks (shoutout to James). The one bummer is the website; it can be a bit tricky to figure out and locate exactly what you need, like the instructions.

Awesome service for the Pizza Oven, and what a brilliant piece of equipment! I ordered some wood, but it didn’t show up—turns out there was an issue with the address. Not Woody Oven's fault, but I still haven’t received the wood. It got sent back to their depot, and I’ve given the right address, but I’m still waiting on a refund or any confirmation about what’s going on. It’s a bummer... but honestly, they seem like a solid company, and their pizza ovens are just delightful.
